NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Condominium
Association pursuant to the provisions of Section 718.116(4)(a),
Florida Statutes, and the Declaration of Condominium, hereinafter
more particularly identified, claims a lien for unpaid assessments
and interest thereof, together with a reasonable attorney's fee
incurred by the undersigned Condominium Association incident to ~
the collection of such assessments or enforcement of such lien,
upon real property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, more
