2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, resen~ations, easements and

a Florida non-profit corporation, the provisions of which documents
run with the land. the Grantee(s) assiunes the obligations of a

hereto. The Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to all the premises hereby
