Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledl;c~s

is subject in every respect to the Ik'claration of Condominitnn as to the condominium
in which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the. Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of t:he Association Articles of Incorroration, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budl;et, copy of sales brochure and floor
flan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Mienclnients to the aforesaid l1e-
claration and lixhihits and the Articles of Incorporation, Ry-L~iws and lkclaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the,l'ropcrty Otuner's Association; and 1'tirchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and ex~unination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, quid budget, sales brochure .urcl floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and mairage-
ment of the Condominitmt property and is in the best interests aitd for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser .and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominium"covenant artd agree to abide by each and every provision of said I>eclar-
ation of Condominiuun and Exhibits attached thereto. Ptn•chaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions oC said Declaration of Condo-
minium and Frhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessinent wider the
Property Ch.~irers' Association doctmients referred to ahovr. and the Provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms .
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions•of the Property (enters' Association

Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid I)~eclaration of Condominiuun and i:xhihits attached there-
Lo, and the common expenses and the stuns due under the Property (~~ier's Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominitan and tl~e Exhibits attached thereto.
