'Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, ac-knowledl;es

is subject in every respect to the 11ec•laration of (:ondominium as to the condominium

Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Ih~rchascr, and all M~endments to the aforesaid De-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incot•horation, By-Ix~ws and Declaration .
of Covenants and Restrictions of the,l'roperty (>wtter's Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examinatia~ of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and ma~tage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in tl~e best interests and for the benefit of
all the otrners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
CondominitIIn covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said [kclar-
ation of Condominium a~~d Exhibits attached thereto. Pcu-chaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Ikclaratirni of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment tutdcr the
Property Owners' Association documents referred to ahove and the provisions thereof
are resonal~le, fair and egciitable, and said Rircl~aser acknowledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property (nutters' Association

to, and the common expenses and the stuns due antler the Property (niter's Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
