Articles of Incorporation; By-Laws and the Ninety-Nine Year Lease, as recorded ~
in Official Records Book 223 ,Page 914 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,

Florida, described in the foregoing Warranty Deed; understands, that each and every
provision of the foregoing docwnents is made for the benefit of all owners of the
.Condominium and is essential to the successful operation and management of said
Condominium property; covenants for himself, heirs, successors and assigns forever to
abide by each and every provision of said Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, By-
Laws and the Ninety-Nine Year Lease Agreement; ana further agrees to pay the Mortgage,
-if any, described in the faregoing Deed; Grantee (s) further consent: (s) that the un-
divided share and certain interest in the Condominium vroperty and in the common ele-
ments appurtenant to the Condominium unit herein conveyed, and the proportional share
