IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT, THE MORTGAGOR
COVENANT3••AND AGREES THAT:
(1) The Mortgagor herein shall::n{ake within 15 days of the due date
.the payments called for in the first mortgage now encumbering
this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein at its office or some
other place as designated by the MORTGAGEE herein.
(2) The MORTGAGOR herein will at the request of the MORTGAGEE
HEREIN ACKNOWLEDGE IN WRITTNG, THE EXISTENCE OF THIS MORTGAGE
and THE AMOUNT Sti11 due thereon,. on as estoppel form provided
-always for this purpose by the MORTGAGEE.
(3) This is a purchase money second mortgage.
(4) Upon request by the MORTGAGOR herein, the MORTGAGEE herein, at
its option, within twenty (20) years from the date of this
mortgage may make future advances to the MORTGAGOR herein. Such
future advances, with intheres thereon shall be secured by this
mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount
of indebtedness secured by this mortgage, not including proper
sums advanced to protect the security of this mortgage, exceed
the original amount of the note secured by this mortgage plus
U.S. $i,000.v0.
(5) This is not homestead property, the MORTGAGOR herein presently
resides at 4~5 N. 14th Street, Fort fierce, Florida 33450
