KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That, for and in '
consideration of the sum of Ten (10.00) Dollars and other valuable
considerations, receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged
and confessed, the undersigned has released, acquitted, and forever dis-
charged, and by these: presents does for himself, his heirs, representa-
tives, successors, and assigns, release, acquit, and forever discharge
from and against any and all claims, debts, demands, or causes of
. action that the undersigned has or may have as a result of furnishing
labor and/or materials for improvements to the following described
property located in St. Lucig County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 32, Block 162, Port St. Lucie, Section four,
according to the plat thereof, as recorded in
~ Plat Book 12, pages 14A through 14G, of the Pub-
lic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The undersigned does further, for himself, his heirs,
legal representatives, successors, and assigns, declare that cer-_ }
tain line claimed against the above-described property and evidenced
by a claim of lien filed in Official Records Book 297, Page 732, ~
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,~lly RELIN-
(~UISHED, SATISFIED, and DISCHARGED.
