KNOW ALL D1EN BY THESE PRESENTS: That, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable
considerations, receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged
and confessed, the undersigned has released, acquitted, and forever dis-
charged, and by these presents does for himself, his heirs, representa-
tives, successors, and assigns, release, acquit, and forever discharge
from and against any and all claims, debts, demands, or causes of
action that the undersigned has or may have as a result of furnishing ~
labor and/or materials for improvements to the following described
property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 32, Block 162, Fort St. Lucie, Section four,
according to the plat thereof, as recorded in
Plat Book 12, pages 14A through 14G, of the Pub-
lic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The undersigned does further, for himself, his heirs,
legal representatives, successors, and assigns, declare that cer-.
tain line claimed against the above-described property and evidenced
by a claim of lien filed in Official Records Book 297 ,Page 247,
of the public records of 5t. Lucie County, FZo_rida, dully RELIN-
- (~UISHEll, SATISFIED, and DISCHARGED.
