is subject in every respect to the Ikc•laratiori of Condominium as to the condominitnn
in which his runt is located and Exhihits attaci~ed thereto, inctucling but not
` limited to (whether the s~une are attached to the 1)ec:laration of referred to
therein), the, By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules acid
Regulations, copy of projected operating budl;ct, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by 1'trrchascr, and~all Mrencbnents to the aforesaid l1c-
claratiarr and Exhibits arul the Articles of Incor•}x~ration, 13y-l.:rws and llectaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the,l'roperty (a~rtter's Association; and Purchaser
further aclrnowledges receipt of and reading arul examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aclrnowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominirnn property and is in the best interests and for the henefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all o>"~ters of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominirnn covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Rrrchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said lxclaration of Condo-
minitan and Exhibits attached thereto, arrcl al;rees that the assessment uncles the
Property Owners' Association doctnnents referred to above and the provisions thereof i
are resonahle, fair and equitable, and said Rrrchaser acknowledges and confirms t
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property (a~nlere' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominitr parcel being conveyed to ~
Rrrchaser, as security for his obligations wider the said Declaration of COVCilarltS
and Restrictions of the i'roperty Owners' Association and said Rrrchaser assrunes the
ohligat-ions as to the Property O~~ners' Association as to his condominium parcel.
Rrrchaser confirms that alt warranties, representations vrd inducemants, if any, are t
as contained in the aforesaid 1eclaration of Condominitui and rxhihits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the stuns due wider the Property (>~.~rer's Association
and other charges are estimated only. i\4~taarranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said UeClaration of Condominirnn and the Exhibits attached thereto.
