Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 28, Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida; thence running in a Northerly direction along the section
line a distance of 1282.84 feet, more or less; thence running in an Easterly direction
along a line parallel to the Northerly line of the Southwest ; of the Southwest 4 of
Section 28, a distance of 43 feet, more or less, which is established as the Point of
Beginning; thence running in an Easterly direction along a line parallel to the
Northerly line of the Southwest 4 of the Southwest 4 of Section 28, a distance of 295.54
feet, more or ]ess; thence running in a Southerly direction along a line parallel to
the Easterly line of the~Southwest 4 of the Southwest 4 of Section 28, a distance of

And mortgagors herein further covenant that they are the identical persons named as
grantees in that certain warranty deed dated December 6, 1978, and recorded in 0. R.
Book 300, page 1254, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein subject
property was conveyed to them by Frank A. Martin and Virginia A. Martin, his wife,
and Royal Flagg Jonas and Barbara Jonas, his wife. ?

rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter
attached to the property, alt of which, including replacements and additions thereto, shall be deemed to be and remain a part of
the property covered by this Mortgage; and all of the foregoing, together with said property (or the leasehold estate if this
Mortgage is on a leasehold) are herein referred to as the "Property."
Borrower covenants that Borrower is lawfully seized of the estate hereby conveyed and has the right to mortgage, grant and
convey the Property, that the Property is unencumbered, and that Borrower will warrant and defend generally the title to the
Property against all claims and demands, subject to any declarations, easements or restrictions listed in a schedule of
exceptions to coverage in any title insurance policy insuring Lender's interest in the Property.
