S T I P U L A T I O N
Plaintiff, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT UTILITIES, INC.,

and defendants stipulate as follows: _
1. This cause involves the assessment of the
property described by the defendant, St. Lucie County Prop-
erty Appraiser, under the following Account numbers for the
year 1918: -
0000 000 0341 504/$
0800 000 0341 31/5
0000 000 0341 376/1
0000 000 0341-760/0
2. The assessment for the year 1978 on said
property is hereby reduced as follows:
Accounts 0000 000-0341 504/8 and 0000 000 0341
312/5 to $1,063,24C; and Accounts 0000 000 0341
376/1 and 0000 000 0341 760/0 to X579:060.
The taxes will be paid without penalties, but interest on
the difference between the original assessment and the
amount of the final assessment, if any, shall be computed by
the St. .Lucie County Tax Collector in accordance with Chapter
194, Florida Statutes. The St. Lucie County Property Appraiser
shall make the allocations of these va]ues to the various
taxing districts in St. Lucie County under the proper account
numbers. ~
3. This stipulation is made in settlement of a '
contested matter and the same shall not be binding on any
party for any prior or subsequent year.
