BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
TERRY LEE ALBRIGHT, Individually and as Personal Representative
of the Estate of CHARLES WILLIAM ALBRIGHT, deceased, who, being
duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That to the best of his knowledge his father, CHARLES
WILLIAI~i ALBRIGHT, and his stepmother, MERLE URTIS ALBRIGHT, lived
together continuously as husband and wife from July 13, 1965 until
MRS. ALBRIGHT'S death on February 6, 1977.
2. That to the best of his knowledge his stepmother,
MERLE URTIS ALBRIGHT, had no children or grandchildren whatsoever.
3. That he is the only child of CHARLES WILLIAM ALBRIGHT
and to the best of his knowledge there are no other children
predeceased who may have left heirs.
