Notice its hereby given that a suit was instituted in the above

Plaintiff(s) against the above named Defendant(s).
The property involved is that certain lot, parcel or piece of
land and personalty located thereon, situate, lying and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
Lot 7 of Block 9 of SUNNY ACRES SUBDIVISION, NO. 1
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
8 at Page 25, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; together with the improvements
thereon and all furniture, fixtures and equipment
contained therein, replacements thereof and 4'71~j4
additions thereto.
