A-1-A, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, lienor furnished labor, services _ or materials consisting of: labor for the repairing of the swimming pool and miscellaneous materials, on the following described real property in St. Lucie County, Florida: In Sections 10 and 11, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, the South 1,498.25 feet of Sections 10 and 11, including that part of Lots 87, 88, 89, 90, 91 and 92, AVALON PARK SUBDIVISION and Government Lot 2, less North 1,083.75 feet and that part of Government Lot 3 that lies North of the North line of Lot 92, AVALON PARK SUBDIVISION, lying west of State Road A-1-A, owned by BRYtl MAWR CAMP RESORTS, INC., fora total value of $5,350.00, and furnished the same on or about November 1, 1979, and the last of the same on or about December 19, 1979, and lienor is in privity with owner. - ~ N.
