THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on the Motion of the
Defendants, DEVITT~ADAMS and AMERICAN EMPLOYERS INSURANCE COMPANY,
for entry of a Final Judgment in accordance with the verdict of
"Not Guilty" rendered by a jury in this cause of action as to the
Plaintiffs' claim against DEVITT ADAMS and AMERICAN EMPLOYERS
INSURANCE COMPANY, and the Motion of the Defendant, P.ITECO DEVELOP-
MENT CORPORATION for Evidentiary Hearing on Indemnification as to
costs and attorney's fees against DEVITT ADAMS and AMERICAN EMPLOYERS
INSURANCE COMPANY having been disposed of, and the Court being other-
wise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Final Judgment is hereby entered in

favor of the Defendants, DEVITT ADAMS and AMERICAN EMPLOYERS INSUR-
ANCE COMPANY and against the Plaintiffs, OMA JAMES and LUCILLE JAMES,

his wife, and against RITECO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. Said Plaintiffs
and said Defendant, RITECO, shall go hence without day.
