SUMMARY FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause-cane on to be heard before this Court on
the 2nd day of Jnuary, 1980 upon the Plaintiffs Motion for -
Sumsary Jud~nent, and the Court having considered said Motion,
and the Affidavits filed in support thereof, and being otherxise
duly advised in the premises, it is thereupon ordered and adJudged
as folloxa:
1. The Plaintiffs, THOMAS J. COCKERILL and LOUISE COCRERILL,
his rife, are due the_sum of =1,583.04 as principal and interest
accrued as of May 10, 1979, together with interest in the amount
of =79.94 accrued from and after May 10,.1979 through the date
of this Judgment, and the sum of = ~ ~ 4 , xhich this

~ Court hereby finds and determines to be a reasonable attorneys
I fee for the Plaintiffs attorneys and the sum of = - yl•~'
xhich are hereby taxed as the costs of this action.
2. Plaintiffs hold a lien for the total Gum superior
to any claim or estate of the Defendants, OUS BILLINGS, JR., and
ONIE BILLINGS, his rife, on the folloxing described real property
in St. Lucie County:
Lots 4 and 5, Block "O" of the Revised Plat of
Alamanda Vista Subdivision, recorded in Plat
Book 7, page 40, of the public records of 3t.
Lucie County, Florida.
3. If the total Gum with interest at the rate prescribed
