door of the Courthouse in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in
accordance with F.S. 45.031.
4. Plaintiffs shall advance all subsequent costa of thin
action and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk if Plain-
tiffs are not the purchasers of the property at the axle. If
Plaintiffs are the~purchaaera, the Clerk shall credit Plaintiffs
bid with the total swa with interest and coats accruing sub-
sequent to this judgment or ouch part of it as is necessary to
pay the bid in full.
5. On filing the certificate of~title the clerk shall dis-
tribute the proceeds of the sale, as far as they are sufficient,
by paying: first, all of plaintiff's costa; second, documentary
atnmpa affixed to the certificate; third, Plaintiff's attorney's
fees; fourth, the total sum due to Plaintiff less the items paid
plus interest at the rate prescribed by law from this date to
the date of the sale; and by retaining any amount remaining
pending the further order of this Court.

6. On filing the certificate of title Defendant and all
persona claiming under or against him since the filing of the
notice of lia pendena are foreclosed of all estate or claim in
the property and the purchaser at the sale shall be let into
possession of the property.
7. Jurisdiction of this action ia-retained to enter further
orders as are proper including, without limitation, Mrita of
assistance and deficiency ~udgmenta.
