THIS CAUSE, coming on before the Court upon Motion
for Final Judgment filed on behalf of the Plaintiff, FIRST

NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, against the Defendant, T. F. BARNES,
JR., and the Court having considered the pleadings, including the ~
Stipulation of the parties hereto filed herein on October 26, 1979,

and evidence herein, and it appearing to the Court that Plaintiff
is entitled to a Judgment herein as a matter of law, and the Court
having admitted into evidence the original Promissory Notes sued
upon in this cause, and having reviewed the Affidavit heretofore
filed herein by Plaintiff as to the sums due Plaintiff on said

Promissory Notes, and having received evidence in the form of
Affidavits with regard to attorney's fees, and the Court being duly
advised in the premises, it is~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
.1. That there is due and owing to Plaintiff on the
Promissory Notes sued upon and heretofore admitted into evidence, I
the following sums in accordance with the following schedule to wit:
