KNOW ALL MEN RY THESE PRESENTS, that we, VINCENT MUSARRA
and ROSE MUSARRA, his wife, of the City of Port St. Lucie, Florida
do make, constitute and appoint LOUIS MEDVEDEFF or GEORGE MEDVEDEF
our true and lawful Attorneys in fact, for us, and in our names,
place and stead, to grant, bargain, sell and convey any and all
- property owned by us and situate in St. Lucie County, Florida.
Said Attorneys in fact are authorized to grant, bargain, convey,
sell or to contract for .the sale, purchase and conveyance of any
and all of the above mentioned property to or from any person for
such price or prices, and on such terms and conditions as said
Attorneys in fact may deem proper, and in our names to make,execut
acknowledge and deliver a good and sufficient deed or deeds of ;
conveyance or other instrument or instruments necessary to effect
• such sale, bonveyance, purchase or agreement. -
1. We grant to said attorneys in fact full power and auth- -
ority to perform all acts to be done in and about the premises as
herein described, as we could do if personally present.
2. We authorize said attorneys in fact to request, demand,

sue for, collect,- recover, and receive all moneys which may become
due and caving to us by reason of such sale, purchase and convey-
ance, whether by deed, contract, or other instrument.
3. We hereby revoke all powers of attorny heretofore made
by us authorizing any person to do any act relative to the above
described lands, or any part thereof, hereby ratifying and confirm
ing whatsoever the herein appointed attorneys in fact, or any of
his substitutes appointed by him, may do in the premises by virtue
hereof.
4. All rights, powers, and authority shall be in full
force and effect as of the date of the signing hereof, and such

for an indefinite period until cancelled or revoked by us or by
