the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Sim Gibson and Bliza
E Gibson, his wife dated i"~Y 4th, i9 67 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 166 on Page
691 ~ 692 , securinct the payment of the sum of Three Thousand, Four Hundred and no/100-------------
Dollars(S3,400.00-------~
covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel aril discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.. "
