NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF MARTIN
The undersigned hereby informs all concerned that improvements
will be made to certain real property, and in accordance with
Section 713.13 of the Florida Statutes, the following information
is stated in the Notice of Commencement:
(a) Description of Real Property to be improved:
(i) See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
(ii) The property described in Exhibit "A" is generally
located West of State Road A-1-A, St. Lucie County.
(b) General Description of Improvements:
37 townhouse units to be constructed in eight (8) buildi-ngs, '
each containing four (4) units.
