EASEMENT
INDENTURE, made the day of 1979, ~o
between ADAMS RANCH, INCORPORATED, a Flo a Corporation,
Grantor, and L. W. SCOTT and MARY F. SCOTT, Grantees:
WHEREAS, the Grantor is seized of an estate in fee simple
of a parcel of land lying and being South of and adjacent to
State Road ;~b8 (Orange Avenue), across which there runs a
private road, which road leads to and from State Road #68;
WHEREAS, the Grantees are seized in fee simple of another
parcel of land near the Grantor's land, each owning an undivided.
one-half (1/2) interest therein, described as follows: I

Lucie County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:

WITNESSETH, that in pursuance of the said agreement and in

Grantor, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor
hereby grants to the Grantees, their respective individual heirs,
successors and assigns: full and free right and liberty for

each of them and their tenants, servants and visitors and licen-
sees, in common with all others having the like right, at all
times hereafter, with or without vehicles of any description,
for all purposes connected with the use and enjoyment of the said
lands from the Grantees to pass and repass along the said private
