to State Road #68, or vica-versa, Said easement or right-of-way!
is more particularly described as follows: ~
Being a sixty (60) foot easanent for ingress acrd egxess, the centerline
; of which begins at a point on the South rigtct-ofrway line of State_ Road
i G8 (rm~ge Avan~e) and thirty (30) feet westerly of the West right-of-way
for Canal C-24, said point being the-paint of b~inni~g, lyicag, being and
situate in Section 8, lbwnship 35 South,. Rac~ge 38 East, St. Lucie Caaity,
Florida; thence run Southerly p~allel with the West right-of-way line of
Canal C-24 do a point that is 289.05 feet, mire ar less,"Southerly of
the Northeast oorc~r of Section 17, Township 35 South, Range 38 East,
and thirty (30) feet Westexly of the West right-of--way line of Canal
C-24, all of the aforesaid Lands lying, being ar~d situate in St. Lucie
Caumty, Florida.
It is the express intention of the Grantor herein that the
easement hereinbefore granted connect to and be contiguous with
that certain easement set forth in the Warranty Deed from Ascot
Groves, Inc., to L. W. Scott and Mary F. Scott, dated July 1,
1979, and recorded in 0. R. Book ~ ~ at Page ~.~8g of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
- RESERVING and retaining, however, unto the Grantor, its
successors and assigns, the right and privilege to share in the
use of said described easement. To hold the easement or
right-of-way hereby granted unto the Grantees, their respective
heirs and assigns, as appurtenant to the said land of the !
Grantees.
