and maintenance shall be covenants running with the said lands
hereinbefore set out.
9. Each of the parties hereto grants unto the other party
or parties, and vice versa, the right to enter upon lands owned
by each party, for the purpose of exercising any right, duty, or
ii obligation set forth herein. However, it is expressly under-
stood that the rights of entry hereby granted are intended to
apply onlq to the perimeter canal and the access roads adjacent
thereto. -
10. It is understood that it may be necessary to secure
permits from governmental regulatory agencies to withdraw water
from and/or discharge water to Canal C-24. The parties agree
to cooperate with each other in the preparation and filing of
any and all necessary applications and to share the costs of
same equallq.
11. This Agreement shall last as long as anq part of the
tract o£ land hereinabove set forth is used for bona fide
agricultural purposes.
12. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the
benefit of each of the parties hereto, their. respective heirs,
successors, and assigns.
