PERSONAL REPRESEN'TATIVE'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the 18th day of December ,
1979, between EDGAR A. BROWN, Personal Representative of the
Estate of MAE RITA PONTELLO, deceased, party of the first part;
and CONSTANCE F. POTTHAST and THEODORE J. POTTHAST, JR., as
Trustees of the trust created under the last Will of the decedent,
whose mailing address is .608 Baltimore Avenue, Towson, Maryland
21204, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that said party of the first part, pursuant to
the tP,-,•,s anal eQnditions contained in the decedent's last Will;
grants, bargains, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms
to the party of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever,
the real property in St Lucie County, Florida, described as:
An undivided one-third (1/3) interest in the following
described real property located in St. Lucie county,
Florida:
From the intersection of the West R/W line of U. S.
No. 1 Highway and the South line of Section 6, Town-
ship 34 South, Range 40 East, run northwesterly
along said West R/W line 226.44 feet to the Point
of Beginning; thence continue along said West R/W
180.81 feet; thence West 868 feet, more or less, to
the West line of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said
Section 6, thence South 360,5 feet to a point 25
feet North of said South line of Section 6; thence .
East. parallel to said. Section line to a point 200
feet West of said West R/W; thence Northwesterly
parallel to said West R/W-200 feet; thence East to
Point of Beginning.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to
that real property.
TO NAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second
part, their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever. '
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with
the party of the second part, their heirs and assigns, that in all
things preliminary to and in and about the transfer and this
