That the grantor, for and in consideration•of the sum
of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantees all that certain
land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
For a point of beginning,~begin at the SE corner of the S1/2 of the
following described tract: that part of tract 9 of the re-subdivision
of SURORA HEIGHTS as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, page 14,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, lying East of
U. S. Highway No. 1; from the point of beginning run Northwesterly
- along the west right of way Line of the Old Dixie Highway, for a -

THIS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED is given pursuant
to the power of sale contained in the Letters of Administration
issued by the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit
of St. Lucie County, Florida, which has been filed in Case No.. ,
76-274-CP.
