PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
The undersigned petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in L`ne aoov~ esLace~
as sole heir and surviving spouse of decedent. Petitioner's
name and address are EDITH THEODORA LINDSEY, Route 4, Box 285,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and the name and address of her
attorney is as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, JAMES SOLOMON LINDSEY, whose last
known address was Route 4, Box 415, Fort Pierce, Florida, died
on-May 24, 1960, at Fort Pierce Memorial Hospital, and at the
j time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ 3. So far as is known, the petitioner is the sole heir
j and surviving spouse and her name and address appear in paragraph 1.
4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
decedent was domiciled in this county.
5. The assets in this estate and their estimated values
are:
The South half of Lot Twenty (20)
and improvements, of SUNSET PARK,
a subdivision of the South half
of the South half of the Northwest
quarter of the Northeast quarter
of Section 30, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, as made by ~
Frank Englar, C.E. $2,400.00
1957 Studebaker $ 300.00
6. The value of the entire estate subject to
administration in this state, less the value of property exempt
from the claims of creditors, does not exceed $10,000.00.
