PETITION TO DISTRIBUTE FUNDS
TO DOMICILIARY ESTATE
The petition of FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, as ~
ancillary personal representative of the Estate of NELLIE MUCKEN-
THALER would show:
1. That on December 3, 1979, Petitioner, as personal repre-
sentative, sold the interest of the above estate in the following- ~
described real property: .
The South 1/2 of Section 29 excepting the
East 2030 feet thereof containing 200.51
- acres all in Township 37 South, Range 39
East, also described as all of Block 3 of
the plat of Alan Wilson Groves, according ~
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 12, at Pages SO and SOA of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. LESS
AND EXCEPTING an 8/100th interest therein
owned by Richard Leroy Muckenthaler and
further- subject to the rights of William
Parker, M.D., under an unrecorded agreement
to an undivided 1/16th interest.
That the proceeds received from the sale of the estate's
interest in the above property total $528,262.51.
2. Said property was specifically devised under the Last
Will and Testament of NELLIE MUCKENTHALER to Richard Leroy Mucken-
thaler, Carol Joan Landeck, Nancy May Ankeny, Norbert Vincent
Muckenthaler, Thomas Joseph 1?iuckenthaler, Marilyn Louise Bolcer,
and Kenneth Edwin Muckenthaler.
3. That the Petitioner has been advised that the domiciliary
estate of NELLIE MUCKENTHALER, in Orange County, California, does
not have sufficient liquid assets to pay Federal Estate taxes and
other a enses and is in need of the cash in order to
xP pay taxes and
such other expenses.
