That the petitioner has paid a deposit to the Depart- ment of Revenue of the State of Florida for Florida Estate taxes but the Federal Estate Tax return has not yet been filed. 6. That the Petitioner has made adequate provision for further Florida estate taxes and expenses of administration. 7. That Petitioner desires to surrender or remit the sum of $450,000 to Richard Leroy Muckenthaler and Marilyn Louise Bolcer, the domiciliary co-personal representatives of the Estate of NELLIE MUCKENTHALER in California. Petitioner further desires that all distribution to beneficiaries of the principal and itxcome assets of the ancillary Estate of NELLIE MUCKENITHALER be made through the domiciliary estate. WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that this Court enter an order authorizing Petitioner to distribute and remit the swn of $450,000 to Richard Leroy Muckenthaler and Marilyn Louise Bolcer, the domi- ciliary co-personal representatives of the Estate of NELLIE MUCKEN- THALER for administration.
