The undersigned, as Personal Representative of the
above estate alleges:
1. The Decedent, ORANGE F. YORK, a resident of
St. Lucie County, Florida, died on the 3rd day of August,
1979, and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner
on August 28, 1979.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of Account
and Service of Petition for Discharge and Consent to
Discharge of Personal Representative.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate
by making payment, settlement or other disposit-ion of all
claims and debts that were presented and by paying or making
j provision for the payment of taxes and expenses of ad-
f
ministration.
F 4. The amounts of compensation either paid or to
be paid to the Personal Representative, attorneys, accountants,
appraisers or other agents employed by the Personal Represen-

5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax
~ returns with the Internal Revenue Service and the Department
~ of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and

estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate
taxes, if any.
