Statutes. Petitioners request that the decedent's last will be admitted to probate and an order of
summary administration be entered directing distn'bution of the assets in the estate in accordance with
-the schedule set forth in paragraph 9 of this petition. Petitioner hereby waives Notice
of Hearing of this Petition.
