I hereby constitute and appoint the First National Bank and Trust
Company of Stuart, Florida to be the Executor of my Will, and I
order and direct that it shall not be required to furnish any bond
for the faithful performance of its duties as such Executor.
ITEM FOUR
Although my wife and I are executing our Wills at about the same time
they are not intended to be and shall not be construed to be contrac-
tual even though certain. provisions are reciprocal. Each Will shall
be subject to revocation-by its maker. ~
' ITEM FIVE
By wav of illustration and not of limitation of its powers, I
hereby authorize my Executor as follows:
A. To sell any property, real, personal or mixed, publicly
or privately, for cash or on time, without an Order of Court, upon I
such terms and conditions as to it shall seem best, without liability)
on the part of the purchaser to see to the application of the
purchase money.
B. To retain any of the original investments or otheY
' property constituting my estate at the time of my death, regardless

they be such as are authorized by law for investment by fiduciaries

for such time as to it shall seem best and to dispose of any such

property by sale or exchange or otherwise as and when it shall deem
advisable; and to invest and reinvest funds in such stocks, bonds,

though they are not of the character expressly approved by law for ~

C. To borrow money and pledge or mortgage any or all of
my estate as security therefore.
