an Order of Summary Administration should be entered, it is
ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of the assets of the decedent as follows:

decedent, and those with whom securities or other properties of decedent are registered, are
authorized and empowered to comply with this order by paying, delivering, and transferring to those
spectf~d above the parts of the decedent's estate assigned to them by this order, and shall not be
accountable to anyone else for the property.
