u; I, JOSEPHINE AUGUSTINE GRIFFITHS, a resident of the

Canty o~'St, Lucie, State of Florida, do hereby make, publish and
declare this to~be my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, and hereby revoke any
and all other Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct my Executor to pay out of my estate
all of my just debts, including the expenses of my last illness and
funeral expenses.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest,
-residue and remainder of my property, real and personal, wherever
situate, and whether acquired before or after the execution of this
Will, including any life insurance payable to my estate, to fiy son,

JEAN L. F. WADER, 5315 Randolph Road, Apartment 3, Rockville, Mary-
land, to be his absolutely.
THIRD: In the event that my son, JEAN L. F. WADER,
shall predecease me, or shall die with me in a comm~on accident or
disaster, or under such circumstances as may make it impossible or

difficult to determine which of us died first, I give, devise and
bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my property, real
and personal, wherever situate, and whether acquired before or after
the execution of this Will, including any life insurance payable to
my estate, as follows:
(1) One-half thereof to my grandson, JACQUE WADER,
10 Rue de L'Eperon, Poitiers, Vienne, France.
~ (2) One-half thereof to my daughter-in-law, MONIKA
WADER, Rockville, Maryland, and my grandson, MICHAEL WADER, Rock-
ville, Maryland, equally, share and share alike, or to the survivor
