FOURTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint
CHARLES R. P. BROWN, Fort Pierce, Florida, Executor of this, my
LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, excusing him from giving any bond. I~ex-
pressly confer upon said Executor full authority and power to sell
and convey any part or all of said estate at public or private sale,
with or without notice, as he may deem best and without any order of
Court. I authorize said Executor to make good .and sufficient con-
veyances to any purchaser and to hold the proceeds of any sale to
the same uses as hereinbefore declared in the several items of this,
my Will. I further hereby expressly confer upon said Executor the
authority and power to borrow money for the use of my estate in any
instance where he may think it necessary and proper, and to secure
in mortgage or any other form of security this or any part .of my
estate; this he may do without the order of any Court.
In the event that said CHARLES R. P. BROWN should die,
resign, be disqualified or unwilling or unable to act as my Execu-
tor, whether before or after entering upon his duties, then I
nominate, constitute and appoint FIRST NATIONAL BANR OF FORT PIERCE,
Fort Pierce, Florida, as alternate Executor of this, my LAST WILL
AND TESTAMENT, .and specifically g=ant to it the same powers hereto-
fore granted to my Executor.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
seal to this, my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, this day of

THE FOREGOING INSTRUMENT was signed, sealed, declared
and published by JOSEPHINE AUGUSTINE GRIFFITHS, as her LAST WILL AND
TESTAMENT, in the presence of us, the undersigned, who, at her
special instance and request, DO .ATTEST as witnesses, after said
Testatrix has signed her name thereto and in her presence and in the
