plat having been recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court, Fort Pierce, Florida, on April 12, 1947,-in Plat Book 8,
page 24, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
tenances thereto beloxiging or in anywise appertaining. -
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in.fee simple forever.
