MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT ~
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, WALTER CARLTON,
by Contract for Purchase and Sale of real property dated
June 13, 1979, have granted a 15-day right of refusal to pur-
chase the following described real property situate and being
in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
The North 3/4, LESS the South 162.70 feet thereof, of
the West 1/2 of Section 32, Township 36 South, Range
38 East, LESS AND EXCEPT right of way~for county road,
and FURTHER LESS AND EXCEPT that certain parcel hereto-
fore conveyed to Roan H. Kelly, Jr. and Carol E. Kelly, ~
his wife, by warranty deed dated September 3, 1976,
recorded in O.R. Book 256, page 541, public records _
of St. Lucie County, Florida;
which right of first refusal to purchase is more fully set forth
in paragraph 15 of said unrecorded Contract for Purchase and
Sale dated June 13, 1979 and is in favor of GERMANY HAMMOCK
GROVES, a Florida general partnership, as assignee of Talbert
Cooper, Jr., as Trustee.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
