EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND IRRIGATION

THIS EASEMENT, made and executed this 3rd day of I ~
January, 1980 by and between GERMANY HAMMOCK GROVES, a general

partnership organized and existing under the laws of the State
of Florida, hereinafter called the Grantor, and WALTER CARLTON,
hereinafter called the Grantee;
W I T N E S S E T H
For and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10) ~
and other good and valuable considerations paid by the Grantee
to the Grantor, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the

Grantor by these presents does grant, convey and set over unto
the Grantee, his heirs, personal representatives and assigns
the following described nonexclusive easements over and upon the
following described real property:
The East 80 feet of the West 180 feet of the following: ~
The South 1/2 of the SW 1/4, and-the South 162.70 feet
of the North 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 32, Township
36 South, Range 38 East, situate, lying. and being in -
St. Lucie County, Florida.
1. An easement for discharging and pumping drainage
waters., and for the constructing, using, operating and main-
taining of a canal for the conveyance of drainage waters,
together with the right and license to install a culvert for the
~ discharge of such drainage waters into Germany Canal in such •
fashion .that Grantor's right of access from the county road
abutting said easement parcel on the West shall not be inter-

fered with or obstructed at the South end of said easement
parcel; provided, however, that the Grantee shall have the -

right and license to install said culvert for the discharge

• -fy of drainage waters into Germany Canal only pursuant to plans
