equivalent having 1,200 to 1,500 gallon-per-minute capacity

anywhere upon the following described lands of Grantee, to wit: i
The North 3/4, less the South 162.70 feet thereof,
of the West 1/2 of Section 32, Township 36 South,
Range 38 East; LESS AND EXCEPT right of way for
county road, and FURTHER LESS AND EXCEPT that cer-
tain parcel heretofore conveyed to Roan H. Kelly, Jr.
and Carol E. Kelly, his wife, by warranty deed dated
September 3, 1976, recorded in O.R. Book 257, page 541,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. This grant of easement is subject to the nonexclusive
easements for roads and canals heretofore granted or reserved by
W. W. Carlton by instruments appearing among the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida as follows: O.R. Book 12, page
513; O.R. Book 12, page 522; O.R. Book 12, page 534; O.R. Book .
