2. The first above described parcel, being Lot 2 of said
BAY COLONY OF STUART, is hereby released from the lien and
operation of said mortgage.
3. Except as herein modified, all other terms, covenants
and conditions of said mortgage deed and the promissory note
secured thereby shall remain in full force and effect. "
