THIS CAUSE having come on upon joint motion for the

entry of a Final Judgment made by the Plaintiff and fihe ~
Defendant set forth hereinbelow, and it appearing to the
Court that the parties were authorized to enter into such

paid by the Plaintiff is full, just, and reasonable for
all parties concerned, and the Court being fully advised
in the premises, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJLDOED that the Defendants, Chester D. Griffin, ~
Elaine Griffin, Richard V. Neill and Ann Mason Neill,
does have and recover. of and from the Plaintiff the sum of
One hundred twenty thousand and no/100s ($120,000.00)
in full payment for the property (designated parcel 118)
taken and for damages resulting to the remainder if less
than the entire property was taken and for all 'other damages ,
of any nature. connected with this cause. It is further,
ORDERED that title to the property, to wit:
