Garnishee, U.S. General, Inc., the sum of $1,094.00, for which
let execution issue.
2. Zbe satisfaction of the promissory note dated July 17,
1978 in the amount of $5,200 from U. S. General, Inc., maker, to
Robert C. Amann, Sr., payee, which was marked "Paid in Full" on
June 15, 1979 is cancelled and set aside.
3. Jurisdiction is retained for assessment of attorneys'
fees and costs upon motion and affidavits, as provided in the
pre-trial order.
DONE and ORDERED at Vero Beach, Indian River County,
Florida this ay of December, 1979.
