YVONNE M. JACKSON, Wife
O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard before the Honorable
William G. Tye, Acting Circuit Judge, on the Wife's Motion for
Contempt on December 20, 1979 and the Court having heard testi-
mony of the respective parties and argument of counsel for the
Wife, and being fully advised in the premises, it is~thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband, Gary J. Jackson, has faded to_
comply with the terms and conditions of paragraphs 3 and 4 of
the Final Judgment entered herein on June 6, 1979 in child
support payments, payment of tuition at private school and the
medical expenses of the minor children, and is in arrears in
such payments in the amount of $2,630.96 as of December 21, 1979.
~ 2. The Husband had the ability to make the payments
pursuant to Final Judgment of June 6, 1979.
3. The Court determines that the Husband, Gary J.
Jackson, is in wilful contempt of this Court for his failure to
comply with the terms of the Final Judgment as above set out and
is in arrears in his payments to the Wife in the amount of $2,630.96
as of December 21, 1979.
4. The Husband may purge himself by making said arrear-
age payment to the Wife on or before January 15, 1980; that upon
