said Assessor's Map recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 164, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, included in the following description:
Commencing on the South line of Norway Place at the intersection of the West line of
Second Street; thence Eastwardly along the-South line of Norway Place produced 15 feet
to a point; thence Northerly with an interior angle of 79 deg. 41' 296 feet to the
South line of Causeway Street; thence Easterly along the South line of Causeway Street
with an interior angle of 78 deg. 92' 793.4 faet to a concrete monument, the point of
beginning; continue. Easterly along the South line of Causeway Street 75 feet to a point;
thence Southeasterly with an interior angle of 101 deg. 502' approximately 82 feet to
the wooden bulkhead; thencl' Westerly along the said bulkhead with an interior angle of
78 deg. 0.92' 75 feet to a point; thence Northwesterly with an interior angle of 101 deg.
52' approximately 82 feet to the Point of Beginning.

the South Fine of Avenue "C" (Norway Place) and the West line of North Second Street
in the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, run thence North 88 deg. 042' East, 46.8 teet to
an iron pipe on the East line of North Second Street; thence South 14 deg. 572' East
135.63 feet; thence North 89 deg. 562' East, 189.47 feet; thence North 72 deg. 312' East,
472.36 feet to a point on concrete bulkhead at Indian River; thence along concrete
bulkhead run: North 18 deg. 252' West 95:93 feet, North 25 deg. 592' East, 63.35 feet,
to a point; thence run: North 70 deg. 23' East, 86.5 feet, North 10 deg. 36' West, 2.2
feet, to the Southwest corner of the property of O.G. Simonsen and the Point of
Beginning; from said Point of Beginning run thence along old wood bulkhead now in ruins,
and the South line of the property of O.G. Simonsen, South 86 deg. 452' East 140 feet;
thence South 10 deg. 36' East 28.7 feet to a point in the Indian River; thence South 89
deg. 332' West, 139.25 feet; thence North 10 deg. 36' West 32.4 feet to the Point of
