WHEREAS, the said First Savings and Loan Association of
Okeechobee County is willing to make such loan providing the
mortgage securing such loan is made a prior lien upon the real
property described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated.
by reference herein ahead of and superior to the mortgage owned
and held by the Parties_of the Second Part;

' NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the
sum of One Dollar ($1,00) paid by the Party of the First Part to
i' the Party of the Second Part, the receipt whereof is hereby ,
acknowledged, the Party of the First Part and the Parties of the
Second Part do hereby agree and covenant to and with First
Savings and Loan Association of Okeechobee County, its
successors and assigns, that the mortgage executed by- the
Party of the First Part to First Savings and Loan Association of
Okeechobee County, which mortgage was recorded in the office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, in 0. R. Book ~~2 3 at Page on the
day of January, 1980, upon the-premises hereinbefore
described shall be in all things superior to the mortgage now
on said premises owned by the Parties of the Second Part, and
the said mortgage so owned by the Parties of the Second Part
and the lien thereof upon the premises hereinbefore described,
is hereby subordinated and made subject to the said mortgage of
First Savings and.Loan Association of Okeechobee County as
