AND TO AMEND DISTRIBUTION AND ORDER _ ~
COMES NOW, your Petitioners, by and through their
undersigned attorney, and hereby petitions this Court for an Order
Amending Paragraphs 5, 8 and 9 of the Petition for Summary Adminis-
tration and the Order of Administration, heretofore entered by this
Court upon the 25th Day of October, 1979, in the following manner and
on the following grounds:
1. Paragraph 5 of the Petition improperly indicated the
amount of funds in the Checking Account at Florida Bank to be Two
Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-five Dollars and 37/100, ($2,555.37) It
~ was One 2'housand Five Hundred Fifty-five Dollars and 37/100 ($1,555.37).

2. The Savings Account, upon being closed at a subsequent date,

j had Two Hundred Fourteen Dollars and 06/100 ($214.06)
3. Since the date of such Order of Summary Administration, the
Petitioners have also learned that Lawnwood Medical Center holds claims
~ totaling in~excess of One Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($1,300.00)
against the estate.. This claim should be reflected in Paragraph 8.
Paragraph 9 should be amended to show a change in distribution.

4. THEREFORE, Paragraphs 5, 8 and 9 are hereby amended to read
as follows:
