ORDERED that other costs presently in dispute may be
determined by this Court at a hearing to be set upon motion and
it is,
ORDERED that upon entry of this Order, the Plaintiff,
DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATION, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION, shall deposit the additional sum of THREE THOUSAND

NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN AND 55/100 ($3,977.55) DOLLARS into
the registry of the court, and i.t is
ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the Clerk of this Court pay

to the above-named attorneys the aforesaid sum of THREE THOUSAND
