ORDER
The pretrial conference and Plaintiff's Motion
for Partial Summary Judgment were heard on December 18,
1979. All parties were represented by counsel at the
hearing. Having considered the file and having heard
argument of counsel, it is .thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Defendants' Motion for Continuance which
was made orally at the pretrial conference is granted.
The trial of this case previously scheduled for January 3,
1980, is continued and is reset for February 13, 1980.
Counsel for Plaintiff and Defendants shall serve witness
lists on opposing counsel no later than January 24, 1980.
2. The Court reserves ruling on Plaintiff's

Motion for Partial Summary Judgment.
3. At the trial of this matter it has been
~ stipulated between counsel that there will be no objection
to the admissibility of the guaranty agreement attached to '
the Complaint, the statement attached to the Complaint and
the invoices in support thereof, and the contract between
Defendant Warren's Laundry and Cleaners of Fort Pierce,

Inc., and Cypress Community Hospital which has been pre-
viously produced to Plaintiff.
