THIS CAUSE coming on this day to be heard upon the motion
for payment of money deposited into the Registry of the Court
filed herein by the defendant L. Ralph Poppell and the Court having
noted the contents of the motion and the statutory authority-cited
therein, Plaintiff having filed its response and being fully advised
in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
forthwith pay unto the Defendant L. Ralph Poppell, the sum of $27,195.00
(Twenty-Seven Thousand One Hundred Ninety Five Dollars and no/100),
being the sum set forth for Parcel 107, and it is further

' ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the payment of these funds from the
funds on deposit in the Registry of the Court shall in no way impair
the right of the Defendant L. Ralph Poppell to claim full damages for
~ the taking of said parcel at a trial to determine-the value thereof.
