This cause came on to be heard upon Defendants' Motions for Extension of
Time for Final Hearing and to Amend Designation of Medical Specialty and Motion
to Designate Medical Specialty, and the Court having heard argument of counsel
~ and counsel having stipulated to the designation of Orthopedics as the specialty
of the physician-member of the Panel, and further having stipulated that the

jj medical member of the Panel shall be selected from the following-named physicians

3. Frank Murphy, M.D.
and counsel for the parties having further stipulated that the attorney-member
of the Panel shall be selected from the following list with priority for selection

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendants' Motion for Extension of Time for
